Zeitfracht Medien and AOK PLUS Continue Their Health Partnership in Erfurt

Actively promoting employee health, reducing stress in the workplace, and making prevention a tangible reality: with this goal in mind, Zeitfracht Medien GmbH in Erfurt and AOK PLUS are continuing their successful partnership. Following a successful first year, the partnership is now being extended, and the two organizations are embarking on their second year together.

The first workplace health promotion initiatives were successfully implemented last year. These included workplace inspections and practical workshops on safe lifting and carrying. Particular emphasis was placed on addressing different employee groups individually: by tailoring content to their needs and providing translations into Polish and English, the health programs were made accessible to as many employees as possible.

“For us, health promotion isn’t just an extra perk—it’s an essential part of a positive and safe work environment. Especially in a workday that can be physically demanding, we want to provide our employees with targeted support. It’s crucial that these initiatives are practical and actually reach people. “Our partnership with AOK PLUS helps us integrate health programs directly into our daily work routine,” says Kevin Voigt, Head of Human Resources at Zeitfracht Medien/Kolibri360.

AOK PLUS also views the partnership positively and looks back on a successful first year:

“We’ve had a successful first year of collaboration, and I’m delighted that we’re now extending the partnership between Zeitfracht Medien GmbH in Erfurt and AOK PLUS and embarking on our second year together. What makes this partnership special to me is the regular exchange of ideas, the openness to new concepts, and our shared motivation to make health promotion a tangible part of everyday work life,” explains Samantha Josephine Gayer, Healthy Living Environments Consultant at AOK PLUS.

Further initiatives are already planned for the second year. In addition to additional workshops at the second location, a joint health day focusing on back and foot health is scheduled for June. By continuing their partnership, Kolibri360/Zeitfracht Medien and AOK PLUS are underscoring their shared goal: to sustainably integrate health promotion into everyday work life and support employees over the long term.
