Service and logistics with passion

Our publishing house delivery service ensures that your books and products reach your customers in the best possible way. Over 300 publishers and manufacturers entrust their goods to us for storage and delivery. Thanks to our many years of experience, we deliver print and digital products quickly and reliably to customers in the B2B and B2C sectors worldwide. We also facilitate the day-to-day business of publishers with additional services.

Discover our range:  

At our central logistics center in Erfurt, we take care of goods receipt, storage, order picking and delivery. We are also happy to take inventory for you.

We provide you with expert advice on all issues relating to title and customer master data management and plan your deliveries of novelties. We coordinate all processes with you in a process-optimized manner. We support you in all delivery-related business processes with an integrated IT concept.

Our experienced key account management team will help you work with your key accounts, such as chain stores, online retailers and other major customers in the book trade and specialist stores.

Do you already supply your end customers directly? Direct sales is also part of our range of services. We connect your webshop electronically, enable attractive payment methods for your customers, invoice online, accompany the picking and shipping process with appropriate messages and offer gift options.

Your data is in good hands with us. We organize, maintain and store title, customer, order and address data. When processing personal data, we consistently apply the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Invoices for customers, including reminders, are issued in your name so that you can define all conditions individually. Irrespective of this, you can take advantage of the bundling effects of the mailing group in which all publishers that we deliver participate.

Your customers' orders are picked professionally and with quality assurance at our logistics center in Erfurt. The goods are packed in cardboard boxes, reusable containers or on pallets, depending on the size of the consignment and the shipping route. Our freight center prepares the shipment and hands it over to the desired carrier.

Would you like to finish your items, pack them in displays or have a quality check carried out? Our value-added services offer you this and more.

We process your customers' returns and issue credit notes for physical returns according to your specifications.

With Zeitfracht's digital publishing delivery service, you can place your available digital products in all relevant e-book stores in the best possible way. We take care of importing the titles into our system and deliver them to the retailers you specify. We also take care of billing, invoicing and accounts receivable. You have round-the-clock access to your title data and daily sales trends via our dashboard and can use tools such as our in-book marketing.

Zeitfracht Digital supplies all relevant distribution channels worldwide, e-book stores, libraries and other providers at the conditions agreed by you or as an aggregator (wholesaler). We are also happy to take over delivery for your publisher's webshop.

The print-related services also include our integrated print-on-demand solution, which prints the goods just in time thanks to the FSC-certified printing location directly in the logistics center and sends them to the customer together with the warehouse goods in one package.

With our telesales service, we can also support your sales success on request, for example with the presentation of new titles by telephone or period-related promotional sales of individual titles in bookshops.

We offer you an end-to-end IT concept for all delivery-related business processes. All applications are operated in our own fail-safe data centers. An extensive network connects the Zeitfracht locations and business partners via modern network technologies.

In addition to a fully integrated information network system for physical and digital delivery (VA.MAX INFOS), an analysis system offers highly flexible evaluation options for managing your marketing and sales (VA.MAX SuperKnack). Of course, all data can be exported to MS Office applications such as WORD or EXCEL (VA.MAX ExportService), as well as to the modern online list management system including download function (VA.MAX ReportService).

For your sales force and key account management, we complement the portfolio with our industry solution ADISYS refresh.

To give you a 360-degree view of your business, we can also set up interfaces to transfer shipping and billing data into your internal publishing ERP systems.
