Zeitfracht Medien will continue to operate Rapoo Europe B.V.'s business in Europe and take on its employees

Erfurt/Rotterdam, October 20, 2025 –Zeitfracht Medien GmbH is taking on employees from the insolvent Dutch company Rapoo Europe B.V. and will continue to operate the company’s commercial activities in Europe in close partnership with the Chinese parent company Rapoo. This is based on an acquisition agreement under which significant tangible and intangible assets of Rapoo Europe B.V. will be acquired as part of the insolvency proceedings. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

With this acquisition, Zeitfracht Medien is strengthening its position in the distribution and retail of information and communication technology devices through its Kolibri360 brand, and is experiencing particularly strong growth in the consumer electronics and private-label segments. Until now, the company has primarily operated in this segment under the Speedlink brand.

The acquisition includes inventory, office equipment, as well as trademarks, domain names, customer data, the order book, and other relevant assets.
