Zeitfracht Logistik and DEPOTRANS Agree to a Strategic Partnership in Express Delivery and Long-Distance Transport

Erfurt/Gensingen, August 7, 2026. Zeitfracht Logistik GmbH and DEPOTRANS GmbH, a company of the LANDGRAF Group, are joining forces: The two companies have agreed to a strategic partnership focused on express delivery and the joint expansion of a Germany-wide long-distance transport network. The goal of the partnership is to significantly expand network coverage through overnight deliveries. 

This partnership brings together two logistics service providers with complementary strengths. With approximately 240 trucks and 700 swap bodies, Zeitfracht Logistik is one of the leading providers of integrated logistics services in Germany and Europe, serving the entire country and European destinations from its headquarters in Erfurt as well as its regional hubs in Berlin and Hanover. DEPOTRANS, a subsidiary of DEPOTPACK GMBH, a full-service logistics company with locations throughout Germany—including Gensingen, Bingen, Mainz, and Bad Kreuznach—brings over 30 years of logistics experience and its own fleet to the partnership, complementing Zeitfracht’s long-haul network with a high-performance hub in the Rhine-Main/Rheinhessen metropolitan region in southwestern Germany. 

The partnership focuses on express delivery and the joint operation of a Germany-wide long-distance transport network. By linking the central logistics hub in Erfurt with locations in the Rhine-Main/Rheinhessen metropolitan region, as well as the regional hubs in Berlin and Hanover, additional direct and overnight connections are created. Network coverage is thus specifically enhanced through overnight deliveries: Shipments handed over by the evening reach their recipients as early as the next morning—reliably, predictably, and with comprehensive coverage. The combination of Zeitfracht’s system logistics and network strength with DEPOTRANS’ flexibility enables scalable express and long-distance transport solutions that reliably handle even seasonal peaks in demand.
