The amount is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice without deduction of discount. Cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the seminar are free of charge. If you cancel at a later date or do not attend, we will unfortunately have to charge you the full amount. We reserve the right to cancel the seminar up to 14 days before the planned date of the event at the latest. Even in the case of free seminars, please cancel your participation at least 5 working days before the seminar date. For cancellations received later than this, we will charge €40 plus VAT per person for administrative costs.
