Training method: Web seminar with moderation
Technical requirements: PC with Internet access, Microsoft Teams account (you can also optionally participate via a web link in the browser, we will send you a link to participate), technology test in advance (you will receive details of this with your registration confirmation), a telephone or headset within reach, distraction-free environment so that you can concentrate optimally on this new form of knowledge transfer.

Duration: approx. 1 hour (please allow an additional 15 minutes before and after)
