Save the Date: The German Children's Book Prize, endowed with 100,000 euros, will be awarded on October 12 from 11:00 a.m. at the German Sports and Olympic Museum in Cologne

Berlin, Cologne, September 17, 2024 - Cologne is the city of children's books this year: after the German Children's Book Prize, endowed with a total of 100,000 euros, was awarded in Berlin, Leipzig and Nuremberg in previous years, this year Cologne is moving into the focus of children's book authors. The 32 members of the children's jury will select this year's winners at the German Sports and Olympic Museum there on October 12.

Of course, we would very much like to welcome a representative from your company at the award ceremony. We would therefore like to ask you to make a note of the date Saturday, October 12, 2024.

The event will be organized as follows:

11:00-12:00 Admission and reception

12:00-13:00 Award ceremony

13:00 - 15:00 Concluding together with finger food
