Compliance with the requirements of the EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR)

Erfurt, July 27, 2026 – Zeitfracht Medien GmbH / Kolibri360 complies with the requirements of the European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR, Regulation (EU) 2025/40) and has implemented appropriate measures to ensure compliance with the applicable legal requirements. The regulation entered into force in 2025 and will apply as of August 12, 2026.

As part of our corporate responsibility, we ensure that the packaging and packaging solutions we use comply with the relevant regulatory requirements.

These include, in particular:

• compliance with the guidelines for preventing and reducing packaging waste,
• promoting the recyclability of packaging,
• compliance with labeling and information requirements,
• taking into account material and substance restrictions,
• compliance with the applicable documentation and verification requirements,
• the ongoing review and adaptation of our processes to meet new legal requirements.
